Use qTranslate …

I decided to install a plugin to handle different langues (English and French). There are different plugin but I decided to go for qTranslate 2.5.27. I have been using it for a couple of weeks now and I like it.

I just noted 1 problem about the date, which is displayed in comments. And thanks to other blogs or forum I found this fix (here).

But I think that if you decided to use this plugin I should explain you how to correct it… Let’s start:

  1. Access to /www(/the name of your WP file)/wp-content/plugins/qtranslate,
  2. Open qtranslate_utils.php,
  3. Modify the line 151″$date_parameters[] = ‘#%#’; $strftime_parameters[] = ‘%%‘;”to “$date_parameters[] = ‘#%#’; $strftime_parameters[] = ‘%‘;”
  4. The fix is done.
