Hello, I am Nicolas Grymonprez. Achiever, Relator, Analytical are the strengths that describe me the best. Every day starts at zero and something tangible needs to have been accomplished by the end. During my 10 years tenure at Oracle Health (Previously Cerner Corporation) I have continuously demonstrated it through my progression within the organization, leading major projects, improving workflows, coaching, providing feedback, leading initiatives, developing documentations, becoming an internal instructor in Cerner Command Language.
Outside of work I enjoy sailing, photography, and learning (this blog)

I planned and delivered a web solution to consolidate two e-form processes that tracked the quality of the production of silicon wafers. The process to create silicon wafers is long and any variation in steps outcome can lead to waste. Identifying issues early help reducing waste and cost. During the internship I interviewed internal customers, reported my weekly progress, and I conducted prototype testing workshops.

Once an algorithm was written, the user could run it step by step or in one go, and they could view their algorithm in the three other languages.
